So, working on my 105th vial.
The quest: Run through a heavy rainstorm in Paris.

I’ve run through over 20 heavy rainstorms in Paris and the quest will neither fill nor go away.

Please fix this bug.

If you can’t be bothered to correct your issues , then why should I bother to continue playing?
